Panasonic vhs/dvd recorder f60 error code

I have a Panasonic dmres45v  with a F60 error code.  I carefully replaced 13 electrolytic capacitors with exact replacements.  When I powered it up it said please wait, then went to F60.  If F60 indicates low or missing voltages, what voltages should the power supply produce?  Any suggestions will be appreciated, Thanks, Lloyd
