Disassemble your Xbox by using [[[Topic:Xbox One S|these guides]]] . After you disassembled your Xbox clean all the boards, board connectors and cable ends with +90% isopropyl alcohol. Follow [guide|5825|this guide], and even so it was written for an iPhone, all the points are still pertinent to your console as well. While you clean your board, check for any obvious damage, like burned or missing components etc. Check your boards closely for corrosion damage. Post pictures of those boards with your QUESTION. That way we can see what you see. Use this guide to add images to your QUESTION [guide|21499] Best thing to do would be to clean it with an ultrasonic cleaner, but if you do not have access to one, this will at least help. You also want to remove the fan and heatsink and replace the thermal paste. Once all this is done, reassemble your console and then reevaluate. Until it is cleaned, everything will only be a guess. Even with all this, water damage has only a small chance to be fully repaired, but at least you can give it a try.
