No warning shutdowns are usually indicative of either power failure or excessive heat. Now, as many have suggested try and keep good airflow to the airducts, and ensure that if you are a smoker (or have someone who smokes) that the fans are clean as the oils from the cigarette smoke can make dust get stuck on the fans preventing them from working well.
