Probably not it, but first thing to try is to make sure the wall outlet is not tripped. Second that the power cord is plugged in and that its not broken. (Ideally by uusing another PS5 cord that works on another unit). If, not possible to test it with a multimeter. Is all good, move on to the unit, try turning on with the working/tested controller(in case the issue is with the power button on the unit.). If nothing, then its time to over the cover and review for possible damage/blown fuses etc, and start testing. Do not open unless you are planning to learn how to fix it and be safe doing it. good luck, hope its just unplugged- happens more often than one thinks…
