My Mac mini late 2014 can not Boot up after shutting down. I press Power button many times and it boots up again.

Each time I need to boot up, it makes me confused that why it is difficult for me to power it up?

I have to plug out power of the wall, then press power button for ther flash light 1/2 s,  then wait for 5-10s then plug power in, Press power button till hear the sound "ting" . It booted up again.

Who can helps me this?
