Auto Restarting every 3 minutes

Hello Guys, The device was physically damaged and had a original display replacement. But the device has still the same 3 minute reboot. Tried all the software troubleshooting and also tried removing all the flex except battery and display to find the sensor but couldn't resolve the issue.[br]

This is the panic log.  Any ideas?
