@oldturkey03 is exactly right, the PRS0 sensor is a pressure sensor that works with the barometric vent and is located on the charging port assembly flex cable. So yeah, in addition to the new screen you're going to need that lightning port assembly replaced as well.
If you're interested in learning more about those kernel panics that are rebooting the phone, Alisha ( @flannelist ) has written an excellent wiki article on the subject; it point you directly to the charging port after finding that missing sensor: PRS0 line.

Sorry to say, iFixit hasn't gotten around to creating a lightning port replacement guide for your phone yet, but I did find a good one on a Spanish side called Nadie Me Llama Gallina, or Nobody Calls Me Chicken. Use it with the Chrome web browser's automatic translation and you won't have any trouble; just note that "battery" gets translated as "drums" and "flex cable" come across as "tablecloth"; other than that it's straight forward and easy to follow.

The parts themselves you can get anywhere; I usually start with Amazon, eBay and AliExpress depending on how cheap I am vs. how fast I want it. Of course, you can support iFixit's repair efforts by purchasing the part right here; don't forget to pick up a sheet or two of the precut adhesive for sealing the screen back up when you're done.
