@samodviduranga I'm afraid we can't help you here. This is a hardware repair forum and there are no parts you can replace that will remove the iCloud lock outside of the motherboard, but since most of the other parts are paired to it, you will have all kinds of problems if you change that by itself. By the time you buy the motherboard and all the parts that are paired to it, you've already bought almost a complete phone, and probably paid as much or more for just the parts. All in all, it's not worth it.
Outside of that, there are no legitimate services that can remove an iCloud lock for you. Only Apple can do that, and you must be able to prove you are the original owner of the phone in order to get them to help.
