Need help identifying IC and component name/purpose

Hi all, I've been scouring the interwebs for the past days trying to find the correct community to answer my question regarding Mainboard troubleshooting. Forgive me if this isn't the right one for it but I'll try to ask anyway in hopes of finding more information. So I tore down my V60 and found an IC (?) has come loose and some other components not present on my Board when referencing teardown vidoes on the web and I'm trying to figure out what these parts are called and what they do. I'd very much appreciate any kind of information regarding this question of mine.
