this "despite multiple attempts from solutions i found on the internet , nothing works ." is an indication that your computer is having issues with the CMOS RTC circuit. Let us know the exact model for your Thinkpad 13. Yours should have a capacitor that stays charged for the backup RTC but I believe it gets its charge from the main battery. You may need to consider a BIOS reset but let's get a better diagnostic first.

-@haziq28048 Okay so it has a RTC battery. Use the [document|38819] and check page 72 for the how to replace it. Once you have changed the battery, and if necessary, you can do some further troubleshooting by using the manuals Chapter 2 and Chapter 4. Let us know how it all works out for you.
