@haziq28048 Okay so it has a RTC battery. Use the [document|38819] and check page 72 for the how to replace it. Once you have changed the battery, and if necessary, you can do some further troubleshooting by using the manuals Chapter 2 and Chapter 4. Let us know how it all works out for you.
