screen flickered and went black after battery replacement

I replaced battery on fully functional Galaxy S10.
* Powered-up and
* heard very high-pitched whine coming from phone.
* Screen flickered colors but stabilized.
* Sound went away in ~3-5 minutes.
* Flickering subsided.
* Then, screen went black.
I'm about to try hooking up a usb-c hub to see if I can get connectivity that way. I am... sad.
I don't suspect it was anything to do with iFixit-supplied parts or advice. I suspect it was accidental drops of isoporpol alcohol UNDER and AROUND the battery section, contacting sensitive electronics, and me starting up before it was completely dry. I will order screen replacement and see if that helps.
Any advice or tops to troubleshoot would be appreciated. Thank you!
