I'm having the exact issue its in the right position and leaned back it moves forward just a tiny bit that's it.Microswitch is good the 2 belts are also good There is a brush roller motor and another motor behind the hepa filter.i will use this on floor mode until I purchase a new sweeper and trust me it will not be another shark.They do not make parts for the duoclean liftaway so it makes it hard to repair
