Is the red not working on ''both'' of the RGB inputs i.e. RGB In1 and RGB In2/out or not working on only one of the RGB inputs?

''If only one RGB input'' has the problem then check that the wiring path to the decoder is OK for that input.

If both RGB inputs don't work then it may be a software problem affecting the RGB inputs only.
