I had this problem with just one of the four Y000 screws.  What finally worked was stretching a piece of exercise band (like a very thin rubber band) over the tip of the screwdriver, and then pressing it very firmly into the screw.

The stretched layer of band was just enough to provide grip without preventing the screwdriver from engaging with the slots in the screw.
