Hi @galvinjaiki
Try the following and check if it works on your model.
You will need a working computer (Windows or Mac) and the phone's power/data cable.
Turn on the computer and then once it has turned on fully etc, connect the phone's power/data cable to it only at this stage.
-Then on the phone ''press and hold the Volume Up and Down buttons'' (both together) and then plug in the power/data cable to the phone.
+Then on the phone ''press and hold the Volume Up and Down buttons'' (both together) and then plug the power/data cable into the phone.
Hopefully within a few seconds the phone should turn on with a message stating that the firmware upgrade cannot be performed or similar.
When this happens, release both the Volume buttons and then ''press and hold the Volume Down button.''
The phone should restart and start to turn on. When this happens remove the power/data cable from the phone and release the Volume Down button.
