* Open the phone (Try some heat to soften the glue and be careful to cut the fingerprint sensor cables )
* Disconnect the battery
* Remove the motherboard protector
* Disconnect the power button cable
* Take the buttons off the phone
* Install the new one
* Connect them to the motherboard
* Put everything back
