If found others on the web with this problem but no solutions.

Intel 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family Enhanced Host Controller - 1E26.

The device cannot start (Code 10).

Insufficient system resources to complete the API.

However, if I disable and re-enable the device it works until the next re-boot.

Windows 10 64-bit.
