My Nutribullet RX makes a functioning noise but doesn't spin

I wanna say its the drive socket that is broken since the motor sounds like its working, however even if it is it, how would I replace the part to make it work?

The troubleshooting page for the Magic Bullet NutriBullet says unplug so the motor so that it will recalibrate. Hope this works.
