The pilot won't light
There is fuel to the unit, but the pilot won't light. Yesterday, it would light but kept going out, even after remaining lit for several minutes.

@amysarah could be thermocouple (thermopile) issue. That is the part which is reaching into the pilot light flame and turns the gas is on or off and if that is not working properly the safety valve will turn the gas off. Since it is a gas deep fryer you do want to have someone professional take a look at it since I would hate for anything to blow up;)
