The tv doesn't come on

There is no red light and sound from the tv and I discovered that it feels as if there is power in the tv when I touch the screen thank you

imageofthechrist we need a lot more information. what model is your TV? How do you "feel as if there is power in the tv? What does it do? what have you checked? When did this all start?
