Do you have a virus? have you done anything uhh lets just say risky recently, pirated games? if not get back to me and I'll help you out to your next step try these general tips from microsoft:
Method 1:
Run the fixit available in the link below and check if that makes any difference

Perform Clean Boot and check.

Check keyboard works fine with on-screen keyboard.

You can also check whether issue is in keyboard or not by connecting external keyboard.
Step 2:
Update mouse driver
a.Click Start.
b.Click Control Panel.
a.Using the drop-down menu next to View by: in the upper-right corner, select Large Icons.
b.Click Mouse.
c.Click on Hardware tab, Click on Properties button.
d.Click on Driver tab, Click on Update Driver.
IF NONE OF THESE WORK GET BACK TO ME.... YOU MAY HAVE TO REINSTALL WINDOWS
