laptop can't power on

my laptop acer e5 473t when press power button nothing on display cpu fan spins about 2 second and led light turn on and turn off both in 2 seconds immediately , on motherboard don’t have audio - usb cable , may be is it problem ? i tried cmos and ram reset unplug or port and hold power button 30 second but nothing happened

i could not remove battery , motherboard has battery switcher on or off

Okay so you never got to the reset? Your computer essentially does not start up into the BIOS or anything
