Why won't my television power on
My Hisensense 5020DUS blacked out botht sound and picture without warning. When attempting to power the unit on by either the remote or power button. the red indicator light blinks 6 times and the blinking light disappears and the screen remains dark with no sound.
Is this a good question?

Dude you guys have no idea what this problem is. Dont go through the trouble of finding “the faulty part" cause you wont. My recommendation is return the t.v. if you have a warranty. If you did not get the warranty….well let's say you have quite a pricey paper weight.

I got my 55 in 4k roku hisense in January. Worked great, until a couple days ago.
I was playing xbox and all of a sudden the screen goes black. Black black black, still had sound though. So the picture would Sutter into view if I used the remote, but would turn of again right after. So I restart, pull the power cord whatever. Now a few days later I'm watching a show, getting my kids ready for bed. TV was fine, turn it of to lay down my daughter, come back and go to turn on the tv not even 10 minutes later. And this the man standby screen no option no nothing pops up, a blinking power but that blinks 17 times and shuts off, than it goes 2 hues of color and turns back on, 17 blinks than off again. I am returning it tomorrow for a new one I just hope this will not be a reoccurring problem. I have 3 years and I will not &&^& with bull $@$* parts. Pay 500 dollars for something that that thing better dam well work. Thanks for listening and always get your stuff with warranty

I have a warranty of 4years, its been a year now using this hisence tv. I laid a complaint regarding thetv they sold to m3 a week ago till now there is no service. I went to ok furniture asking them about them but they told me that there is nothing they can do. They have to wait for those so called hisence company

I bought my 50 inch back in January 2020 and now the red light is blinking and turns on and off by itself. I bought a warranty but they said because its still within 1 year to call Hisense. I called them and they set up a call back which I received 2 days later. They have scheduled me a service appointment to have my TV repaired. So although I am !#^&@@ about my TV I am not that upset about their customer service.

Hi,
It is upsetting when electronic devices fail early on.
Fortunately it doesn't happen that often any more not like in the past where with some products it was almost a given.
Still being covered by the warranty at least saves the expense of getting it repaired yourself.
