My pc doesn't detect my ssd

I use m.2 ssd b+m key to a usb but my pc didn’t detect it. I look at device manager and bios but it didn’t show up.

Make sure that the M.2 SSD is the correct type of I/O interface for the M.2 to USB adapter.

There are two very distinct types. These are NVMe / PCIe or SATA based SSDs. The adapters will only support one type. Does the adapter have an activity light to indicate that it is at least getting powered?

Yes the adapter have lights going on and the interface is the right one.
