Why I can't I hear any sound from my Samsung tablet
When I watch A video it has no sound the volume is up it's not on mute please help

Hi,
Try starting the tablet in safe mode and check if there is audio.
If there is then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one is the culprit.
You will need to uninstall each downloaded app one by one and test the tablet in normal mode to see if it is working OK or not.
When it works OK in normal mode the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the culprit.
If there is no audio when in safe mode, try a factory restore (or reset) to determine if it is a hardware problem or a software problem.
Be aware that performing a factory restore will erase all your data and downloaded apps. It will restore the tablet to its factory default condition.
Backup the tablet to the cloud or a PC before performing a factory restore by using the tablet’s backup feature.
Once the backup has been completed, factory restore the tablet by using the tablet’s factory restore feature.
Once the tablet has been reset, test if the audio works or not.
If it still doesn’t work then you have a hardware problem. The tablet will have to be opened and the problem further investigated as to the cause. Here’s a link to the ifixit Samsung Galaxy Tablet E 9.6 Wi-Fi repair guides that may be of some help.
It it now works OK, restore the tablet using the backup that you made earlier by using the tablet’s restore feature.
Once the tablet has been restored to what it was, test that the audio is still working. It it is then the reset has resolved the problem.

Hi,
Can you hear audio OK when listening to music files or notifications?
Is it only on videos that you can't hear audio?
If no audio at all for anything, can you hear audio using headphones plugged into the tablet?
