Brand New iMac Pro Shut Off / Won't Turn Back on
I bought this in July of this year and four months later, it suddenly shut off and won’t turn back on. So far I’ve tried all the methods to unplugging, counting to 10, pressing the power button, counting to 10, trying a different outlet, etc. and nothing seems to work. Kind of irritated because it’s…. BRAND NEW and this is their top of the line computer. Just really don’t know what happened and would love to not pay thousands of dollars right off the bat at the Apple Store.
