Here’s an image showing 3 fuses in the TV. One on the power board, one on the tcon board and one on the mainboard.
Verify that the board “numbers” match the boards in your TV, i.e. BN44-00774A, BN96-30129A and BN94- 09582A
Depending on what the problem is you may need to check all 3.
The one on the power board is a 250V 5A slow blow fuse. If it is faulty then do not replace it with a fast acting i.e. standard, 5A fuse as this will blow as soon as the power is connected due to the high inrush current. It needs to be a slow blow type.
If the mainboard fuse is faulty, I don’t know what its value is and it is not specified on the board itself as the others are.

@msp0143 HDMI and component strip not working is not a fuse issue. This is most commonly a failed HDMI decoder IC
