How long has it been since you last used your Gear Fit2? Often times when devices are left sitting for a little while without being charged, the internal batteries voltage can drop below the threshold that allows it to charge back up normally.
I recommend that you leave your device to charge for 12-24 hours undisturbed and see if that allows it to get it self up to the proper voltage.
