Hi,

I had a problem with rebooting (infinite) so I did a factory reset.

Thanks,

There are a few things you can do to fix this issue:

Restart your phone: This is the first thing you should try when you see this error. Sometimes, the issue can be resolved simply by restarting your device. To do this, press and hold the power button until you see the power menu. From there, select "Restart."

Update your apps: Out-of-date apps can sometimes cause this error. To update your apps, open the Google Play Store and tap on the "My apps & games" section. From there, you'll see a list of apps that need to be updated. Tap on the "Update" button for each app to install the latest version.

Uninstall recently installed apps: If you started seeing this error after installing a new app, that app might be to blame. To uninstall an app, go to Settings > Apps and select the app you want to remove. Tap on the "Uninstall" button and confirm your decision.

Factory reset your phone: If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting your device to its factory settings. This will erase all of your data, so make sure to back up your files before proceeding. To factory reset your phone, go to Settings > System > Reset and select "Factory Reset."

If you've tried all of these steps and you're still seeing the error, continue reading to see the step-by-step instructions or contact us for further assistance. We'll be happy to help you troubleshoot the issue and get your device up and running again.

This may help you,
