It doesn't charge and also the led for the charging flickers
If I unplug it it it'll die and charger is not working

Well, if you leave it plugged in and this works for your PSP Go, then the charger is fine, right?
If you unplug it, and it dies, then this indicates that the battery died...
Please replace your battery first, this will most likely solve the issue!
