No, Ifixit wont do any repairs. Ifixit is here for helping you to do the repair by yourself.
If you want the device to be repaired by someone else, I advise to check for a local store at where you live.
Please let us know what is broken, then we can sent you the correct guide and so you can determine if you want to to the repair by yourself or not.
