I can't close my Mac anymore.

I dropped my Mac and now the lid is open at 180 degrees, and I can't close it. I can still power it on somehow, but it has become slow. Will I have to replace the entire display?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

(I m sorry, I am quite new here, but...)

if you reported in on a medicine forum that, your friend had a terrible fall,

he was still conscious a little, just very sluggish and mumbling,

the only quantitative and measurable symptom was that he had a 180˚ side split,

would any doctors be able to provide quick and definitive diagnosis by just someone's textual narrative, without even a picture/recording of the victim or the site or knowing the mechanism of injury?

You cant be mad at the doctors in the forum if they replied with the most pointless two words "IT DEPENDS."

Sorry if this doesn't help, but I really am curious how would this be marked as "Answered".

Apple produced quite a few different systems without knowing you’re exact model we can’t help you. Go to the About this Mac and take a snapshot of the window and paste it here so we an see. Also post some pics of the damage too!
