Car won't start. Clicking sound, new battery

Battery is charged. I don't have the tools to check if the voltage is correct on hand. All lights and fans work while the engine is off as well as the dashboard lights stay on set brightness. When I turn the key, I only hear 1 click each time that I try and turn the ignition.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Try getting boost from another car but be sure the booster cables are not the cheap ones as they will not jump start your car if your battery is weak or partially charged. Cheap jumper cables will heat up and take longer to charge a battery, much less provide starting power but you can try. Booster pack batteries use short jumper cables to help start a car with a dead battery or at least supplement power. If the starter still closings, be sure all battery connections are clean and free of corrosion, including one or two main grounds; battery to chassis, chassis to engine block. Lastly, the starter may be worn out.
