JBL link 20 but it won't comme un.

Hi

I got a JBL link 20 but it won't comme un. When I plug it on charge, the wifi and power button comes in but offs immediately when I remove the charger. Don't know what to do

Try replacing the battery in the speaker and check if this resolves the problem.
