This variant, launched in January 2021 worldwide, is a 10th & 11th-generation Intel model that was initially released with Windows 10 and Ubuntu 20.04, later models shipped with Windows 11. Marketed towards a budget/casual audience, this variant could be had with a starting price of $323 USD and was sold until the launch of the 13th-generation Intel Core model (3530) in May 2023. Included with the product was the laptop itself along with a 65 W Dell proprietary power adapter. This laptop weighs at 1.73 kg (3.82 lb) and came included with a 10th or 11th-generation Intel processor with integrated UHD or Iris Xe graphics, or a dedicated NVIDIA MX350, 4-16 GB of DDR4 memory, 128 GB to 2 TB of SSD storage (some models included a 1-2 TB HDD), a full-layout keyboard (with optional backlight), along with a 15.6" anti-glare display (HD TN or FHD wide-angle panel) at 220 nits at 60Hz. This was the first Intel Core-based Inspiron 15 3000 series laptop where the display/front of the laptop, specifically the bottom portion of it acted as a foot stand to provide better cooling and ventilation for the laptop.
