The HP Elitebook 745 G6, released in June 2019, is a portable laptop tailored for modern professionals. It includes a 14-inch touchscreen display for user interaction and is powered by AMD Ryzen PRO processors, making it suitable for multitasking, data management, and work-related projects.
Notable among its features is an emphasis on security, with technologies such as HP Sure Start Gen 5, HP Sure Sense, and HP Sure View Gen 3, which offer data protection, malware defense, and privacy control.
To identify the HP EliteBook 745 G6, look for its sleek aluminum color. In the center of the top half is the prominent HP brand logo. Opening the EliteBook reveals a webcam positioned at the top center as well as a spill-resistant keyboard. On the bottom of the device, there is a ventilation grille and three indicator lights. The lights are used to indicate that the device is powered on. On the left side, there is the exhaust grille and USB Type-A 3.1 port that can be used to charge the Elitebook when powered off. Right under the ventilation grille, the model and serial number can be found printed on the bottom of the device. There is also the smart card reader. On the right, you'll find the charging plug, followed by a USB Type-C with DisplayPort output support, a dock connector, an RJ-45 port, an HDMI 2.0 connector, a USB Type-A 3.1 (Gen. 1), a headphone jack, and a MicroSD card reader.
