Background and Identification
The Garmin Nuvi 2557LMT GPS Navigator was released by Garmin in January 2013 as a successor to the Garmin Nuvi 2555LMT. It is a sleek black and silver GPS unit with a bright 5.0" display that can be used horizontally or vertically. It comes pre-loaded with detailed maps of North America, and allows free downloads of updated maps to keep the device up-to-date.
The Nuvi 2557LMT can be used with the BC 30 Wireless backup camera, sold separately.
