Background and Identification
The Sony BDP-SX1000 is a portable blue-ray disc player. It has a 10.1” LCD screen, with the operation panel and speaker beneath it. It has a 180-degree swivel to connect the two parts. On another part, there is a disc lid with an open button. There are three light indicators in the front together with the remote sensor. In the right side, there are jacks for USB and Audio/Viedo, etc.. It comes with a remote, an AC adaptor, an AC power cord, a car battery adaptor, and audio/video cables.
A similar device to the Sony BDP-SX1000 is the Sony BDP-SX910. An easy way to tell these devices apart is by their screen size. The Sony BDP-SX1000 has a wider screen, measuring at 10.1”, while the Sony BDP-SX910 screen measures at 9”.
