Dell Precision 7560 Wi-Fi Card Replacement

Introduction

This guide shows how to replace the Wi-Fi card in a Dell Precision 7560 laptop. The Wi-Fi card allows the device to communicate and exchange data with other devices or access points over radio frequency signals without the need for physical cables.

What you need

  1. Dell Precision 7560 Wi-Fi Card Replacement, Wi-Fi Card: step 1, image 1 of 1

    • Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to loosen the eight 5 mm captive screws in the bottom cover.

    • The screws holding the back cover in place can not be removed.

    • Pry off the back cover using an iFixit opening tool.

    • Remove the 2 mm screw securing the wire cover using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.
