Dell XPS 14Z L412Z RAM Replacement

This helpful guide will show you how to take your RAM out and replace it with a new one. You will need a plastic opening tool and a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

What you need

  1. Dell XPS 14Z L412Z RAM Replacement, Back Panel: step 1, image 1 of 1

    • Remove the back cover of the laptop by unscrewing eight 3.5mm screws using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

    • Using the plastic opening tool, pry up the back cover.

    • It is recommended to start from a corner and run the tool along the edge of the cover.
