Introduction
This guide shows you how to fix error code 034004 on your Epson ET-2750 printer. This error is often incorrectly displayed as a paper jam, although there is no paper jam. You can rectify the error with simple mechanical interventions.
What you need

Switch off the printer and disconnect the power plug to avoid electric shock.

Open the printers front cover by lifting it up.

Verify that the print head is on the right side of the printer. If not, the printer has not completed its job and the error is still present.

The print head must be moved to approximately the center, or briefly switch on the printer and disconnect it from the power supply as soon as the head is in the center.

Check the printer on the right-hand side, where the print head should normally be. You can now see white cogwheels at the bottom right.

Turn the middle gear wheel carefully with a wooden stick about one turn further. Turn the cogwheel on the upper side a few teeth backwards.

Close the printer cover.

Reconnect the printer to the power supply and turn it on.

After the boot process, the print head should move all the way to the right to its start position and the error should be corrected. Why did this error occur?...maybe the last paper was pulled out too quickly

Tout été ouvert et vérifié : aucun papier déchiré , j ai meme enlevé les poussières 🙄

Aucun résidu de papier n'a été trouvé à l'avant et à l'arrière.
Dans ce cas, veuillez procéder comme suit : (d'abord mettre hors tension !!)
Ouvrir l'imprimante à l'avant, c'est-à-dire soulever le couvercle. La tête d'impression doit se trouver sur le côté droit. Si ce n'est pas le cas, cela signifie que l'appareil n'a pas terminé son travail.
En bas à droite (où la tête devrait normalement se trouver), on voit trois roues dentées blanches qui assurent mécaniquement le transport du papier et de la tête d'impression. On peut facilement tourner la plus grande roue dentée avec le doigt ou avec un bâton de bois un peu plus loin (environ un tour maximum) - côté supérieur vers l'arrière. Cela devrait suffire.
Refermez le tout et mettez l'imprimante en marche. Le mécanisme devrait maintenant terminer l'intervalle et la tête d'impression devrait revenir à sa position initiale, tout à fait à droite. Dans ce cas, le message d'erreur ne devrait plus apparaître.

Les roues dentées refusent de bouger. Que faire?
Essaie de tourner l'engrenage dans la direction opposée. si ça ne marche pas, regarde s'il est possible de déplacer la tête vers la droite avec la main, même si ce n'est qu'un peu. Ensuite, remets-la en marche. les engrenages doivent!! en tout cas bouger, sinon elle se bloque un peu, comme du papier. Je ne peux plus imaginer autre chose. bonne chance.
Possibilité également qu'il y ait un bourrage papier derrière l'imprimante et le bac de chargement du dessus. Pour cela, appuyer simultanément sur les 2 bouton gris à l'arrière de l'appareil. Cela permet de retirer le bac papier et d'accéder à l'endroit ou passe le papier. Retirer la feuille ou le bout de papier coincé.
