Introduction

Go to step 1

This guide doesn't require you to remove the back panel. The parts in the base are relatively small so we suggest having a way to keep track of them. Cleaning is at your discretion although we recommend a mild detergent/dish soap.

What you need

    • Flip Furby upside down so his feet are pointed towards you.

    • Unscrew the right and left screws on the base.

    • Remove the base from your Furby.

    • Flip over the base so the screws are on the right and left.

    • Unscrew the 2 right and 2 left inside screws.

    • Lift the housing for the foot components.

    • Rotate the base 90 degrees.

    • Locate all four of the foot activation levers. Remove them one by one from the base.

    • Locate the feet pieces and remove them.

    Tool used on this step:
    Tweezers
    $4.99
    • Locate and gently lift out the four small springs using tweezers.

    • Now that you have all parts are removed, they can be cleaned and reassembled into Furby's "feet".

Conclusion

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

I greet my furby boom 2012 he falls asleep and when I wake him up he starts to cry and then he falls asleep. This started after a week without using.What I can do,Thanks for your help.Juan
