HP TouchSmart 600 Hard Drive Replacement

Introduction

This is a guide to opening your HP Touchsmart 600 Desktop PC and replacing the hard drive.

What you need

  1. HP TouchSmart 600 Hard Drive Replacement, Hard Drive: step 1, image 1 of 2 HP TouchSmart 600 Hard Drive Replacement, Hard Drive: step 1, image 2 of 2

    • Remove Phillips screw to remove plate in back of monitor.

    • Remove 4 Phillips head screws and lift metal plate covering hard drive

    • Remove screw above metal lever on hard drive.

    • Lift metal lever up and pull hard drive out.
