HTC Desire 700 Dual Sim Battery Replacement
Introduction
Go to step 1If the indicator button on the top of the phone illuminates when plugged in to charge but the battery does not hold a charge when unplugged, the battery is likely in need of replacement. This guide shows the step-by-step procedure involved in replacing the battery of the device. The back cover is easily removed using a spudger or the fingertips, allowing easy access to the battery as shown below. Note: do not replace with a third party battery. They have been shown to overheat and damage the device, and are generally unsafe.
