How to Force Restart an iPhone 6 Plus

While holding the Home button, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button.

Continue holding both buttons for about 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
You held down the buttons too long and went into one of the firmware update modes. Hold both buttons again until the Apple logo appears and release.
I have the black screen with white apple. It’s stuck there. When I do a force restart, it shuts off for about 2 seconds, then resumes the white Apple. It just stays there without changing. Any suggestions? The phone was working this afternoon up till about an hour ago.

My iPhone 6plus was lost 2 years ago and it was returned to me and i can not remember my passcode to get into my phone it is now showing to be disabled. I do not have access to a computer or device to back up data and photos so i can reset to get into it
