How to reset the Tchibo Cafissimo machine

Go to step 1Follow this guide to reset your Tchibo Cafissimo coffee machine.

Switch the machine off and open the big metallic lever to begin.

Press and hold the espresso button (the one on top of the 3 coffee buttons), then switch the machine on.

Close the big lever and open it again. You might have to repeat it twice in order for it to work.

If this worked, you'll hear a beep indicating that the machine has been reset.

For a tchibo cafissimo classic?
My machine is not working and the button light is blinking
Bei meiner Tchibo 288032 für fertige Kapseln leuchteten die Dioden rechts neben dem Einschaltknopf nicht mehr.
Die Ursache dafür war ein fehlender Magnet im Wasserbehälter. Die Maschine “dachte” sie hätte kein Wasser obwohl der Behälter voll war.
Erst nach dem Wiedereinsetzen des schwarzen Magneten gingen die Leuchten an und alles funktionierte wieder.
Er musste im Geschirrspüler, oder während der Reinigungsarbeiten abgeflogen sein, wurde aber gefunden.
Zunächst wurde er nicht identifiziert und beiseite gelegt.
Hinter der Plastikwand befindet sich ein Hamlin Reedschalter, der durch das Magnetfeld den Kontakt schliesst.
