If the keys on your phone are stuck or jammed, there could be something blocking the sensors such as pocket lent or paper.

What you need

Tools

    • First start by removing the front cover of the phone.

    • On the back you will see a rubber keypad with notches in it.

    • Remove the old keypad, and line up the new keypad with the plastic bars on the front of the case.

    • You should see plastic alignment bars where the keypad should slip into the front of the case.

Conclusion

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
