Introduction

Go to step 1

If the filter in the fan is dirty and needs to be replaced, use this guide to learn how to dissemble the top part of the fan and replace your filter.

What you need

Tools

  1. Lasko 4910 Filter Replacement, Filter: step 1, image 1 of 1
    • On the backside of the fan, remove the top two 4mm Phillips #Y1 screws using PH 1 bit and Magnetic Driver

  2. Lasko 4910 Filter Replacement: step 2, image 1 of 1
    • Remove the top plastic portion of the fan

  3. Lasko 4910 Filter Replacement: step 3, image 1 of 1
    • Remove all four 4mm screws using the Phillips #1 screwdriver.

  4. Lasko 4910 Filter Replacement: step 4, image 1 of 1
    • Remove the filter from the fan.

Conclusion

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
