Introduction
This guide will show you how to replace the haptic feedback motor in the Motorola Moto E6. The haptic feedback motor enables the phone to vibrate and should be replaced if your touch screen or vibrations are malfunctioning or not working.
Before you begin, download the Rescue and Smart Assistant app to backup your device and diagnose whether your problem is software or hardware related.
What you need

Begin by prying open the bottom right of the device using the plastic opening tool.

Work your way around the edge of the device, slowly prying open the casing until it pops off.

Remove the seven 3.8 mm T4 screws on the piece located below the battery compartment.

Using tweezers, gently lift the haptic feedback motor out of its position in the bottom left corner of the device.
