Introduction
The following steps act as both a guide to put the proper lenses in place and a prerequisite for the rest of the Oculus Rift headset guides.

To remove the lenses, turn the right lens clockwise a quarter turn and the left lens counter-clockwise a quarter turn.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
